Where can I find product ingredient listings? 

Please check the full list of ingredients on each product page. Once you receive your product, the ingredients list will also be available on the product label itself. If you have any questions, contact the team.

Are your products suitable for all skin types?

Absolutely! Our products are thoughtfully formulated to accommodate various skin types. Whether you have dry, oily, sensitive, or combination skin, you can mix and match our products to cater for your needs. If you are sensitive to some products but not others, you may be able to avoid a skin reaction by doing a patch test on a small area of your skin before you start using any new skincare product with us. If you don't react to the product on the tested patch of skin, it should be safe to use it. If you have a reaction to one of our products, discontinue use immediately and seek medical advice.

Why opt for a scrub over soap?


We actually encourage use of scrub and body wash together to elevate your grooming routine. Incorporating a scrub cleanses your skin to ensure impeccable personal hygiene for personal and private encounters, whether you are smooth or hairy. It also doesn’t strip the natural oils out of your skin. Our scrubs are designed to exfoliate and polish on all areas of the body. Our Cacao and Coffee scrub is more gentle than Boy Scrub so better for more sensitive areas like your ass and cock. Our Boy Scrub has slightly more coarse ingredients so is great for thicker skin like your feet and legs and places that carry more odour like your armpits. 

Our scrubs and washes are not for use inside the body. They are for external use only.

Are your products sustainably sourced?

We prioritise environmentally friendly practices and source ingredients through our manufacturers responsibly. Our commitment to sustainability extends to our packaging, where we aim to minimise waste and use recyclable materials where possible.

Are your products vegan?

Yes, the majority of our products are vegan. We understand the importance of providing options that align with different lifestyles and values, and our vegan products are formulated without any animal-derived ingredients.

Can I purchase sample sizes?

We do not sell sample sizes on our website. Across many products we do however offer 2 different ml/oz sizes at alternative costs. We understand that you may want to try a smaller size before committing to a higher spend. We only stock samples for activation purposes and brand eventing. Sometimes from time to time we may offer free samples as a gift with purchase.

Where are vigorate products made?

We are proud to make all of our products in the UK and support our local economy. Some of our products are also handmade. 

How do I find a product on the website?

You can browse all categories of our products from the menu at the top of each page. Alternatively you can click the search icon represented by a magnifying glass located at the top corner of each page, then enter one or more keywords in the window that appears. The products and other associated content that are related to your search will be displayed.

I have questions about my ORDER

What forms of payment can I use?

Card payments are authorised by Shopify Payments, stripe and all major payment types are accepted which are displayed on the bottom of our website. We also accept payment via PayPal. We are unable to process an order without a successful payment. Please contact your card issuer if you have any queries regarding a rejected payment.

Will I receive confirmation of my orders?

Yes, you will receive an e-mail confirmation generated immediately upon successful order submission.

What if my items are lost or the wrong items are received?

If you have received any wrong items you must contact our customer service team as soon as possible via hello@vigorate.me. Please provide a picture of your order in its entirety so we can identify what you have physically received together with packaging it arrived in. If the images supplied meet our guidelines, then we will replace your order.

In the event of loss or a wrong order being received, we reserve the right in the first instance to send a replacement order within a 10-day time frame.

I have questions about DISCOUNTS

How do I apply a discount code?

Select the item(s) you wish to order and add them to your bag. Apply the discount code by inputting the code during the payment step at checkout, select ‘apply’. Then complete the Checkout as normal. Ambassador codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or code.

Other discount codes may be automatically applied from time to time by us and you will not need to take any steps to benefit from this but it will show in your order summary.

I have questions about GIFT CARDS

How do I send a digital gift card?

Digital gift cards will be emailed directly to your chosen recipient email address immediately, or on a specific date selected when adding to cart checkout.

You will not receive anything in the post for digital gift cards.

How long do I have to use a digital gift card balance?

Digital gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

How do I use a digital gift card?

Select the item(s) you wish to order and add them to your bag. To apply your Digital Gift Card input the code during the payment step at checkout, select ‘apply’. Then complete the Checkout as normal.

You don’t have to spend all of a digital gift card balance at once. Any unused portion can be used later following the same steps above. Digital gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
